Pearl Bayview Chinese Cuisine is the newest addition to the Pearl family, opening in December 2011 inside Bayview Village shopping centre. Uptown foodies now don’t need to travel downtown in order to enjoy the famous dim sum and Chinese dishes that Pearl has been serving up for almost 30 years.
Owners Jeffrey Mak and Kim Fung Mak have both been in the Pearl family for over 20 years and continue the legacy of delicious Chinese cuisine paired with excellent service, all in a beautiful setting.
Kwok Foon Mak is the Executive Chef at Pearl Bayview. Prior to joining Pearl Bayview, Chef Kwok was a chef at Pearl Harbourfront, and has more than 40 years of industry experience under his belt. Specializing in Cantonese food, Chef Kwok honed his skills in Hong Kong before settling down in Toronto.
